Very disappointed with your service. The silver trinket box arrived and was not engraved as requested. Im phoned and spoke to someone, who was supposed to get back to me, but with no avail.#
The box was for a xmas present for my mother-in-law, who just lost her husband a couple of months ago. I had to go to Timpsons to get the box engraved, which cost me £20. Which has doubled the price of this item.
