I paid extra for next day delivery , and as I ordered on a Saturday I didn't expect delivery until Tuesday at the latest . As it happens it didn't arrive until Wednesday wich was disappointing as well as annoying as my cousin who was to recieve the gift came to visit on the Tuesday . So I have had to use petrol to deliver her present .
I don't think it's good practice to offer a service you can't provide !
