The box was battered when I undid the plastic covering used for delivery. It probably didn't help that the delivery driver chucked the parcel through the open window of my porch. This item was a Christmas present for a friend who lives abroad and I have no time for a replacement to be sent as I had to post the present for it to arrive before Christmas. This is the first and last time I use Prezzybox.
