I bought a number of items as Christmas presents and all but one I am very happy with, unfortunately the choice of Hermes for delivery has ruined the experience for me. The delivery was several days late, arriving within the last few hours before I was set to leave until after Christmas, and each day the courier lied saying they couldn’t deliver, this was extremely stressful. If you every swap from Hermes I may order again, otherwise I will be shopping on a similar site for gifts in the future.
