First item was 5 out of 5. Second parcel is still on route and promised to be here by 20th. Still awaiting. Customer service has accelerated the delivery because it was meant to be here by the 27th to the 5th of jan. So if it comes before xmas. Great service. If it does not. I will be expecting a refund. Since my item is a christmas prosecco for my family.
