Customer service via online chat was extremely helpful. Goods received were really nice and different too anything I have seen in stores. Unfortunately I paid extra money to receive the goods via next day delivery and this service wasn’t provided. I understand this is out with the control of Prezzybox and in the hands of the courier but when I complained about the issue there was no resolution offered. I would and already have recommend Prezzybox to friends and family. However slightly hesitant to pay extra for delivery
