Ordered something that had the tag on the website ‘will be delivered by Christmas’. Got a call shortly after outlining this now might not be possible as it is a personalised gift made by one of there partners. Was assured they would do there best to get it delivered. Still unsure if it will be as had no additional comms made to let me know.
All other products delivered on time and promptly.
