I ordered some items from the website on 17/12/2018. These items were supposed to be delivered by Hermes on 20/12/2018. I still haven't received anything. After attempting to contact Hermes several times and blaming them for the lack of information regarding the delivery, I have been told that Prezzybox did not provide the line of address for the delivery address, and thus, they were unable to deliver my parcel (I have screenshots to prove all this information). I hope this is a mistake, but this is something that I hope never happens again. I am extremely disappointed that by such a small mistake has caused such a big delay. Surprisingly, thanks to Hermes, I might get hold of the items today. Thanks for messing up with the delivery address. I don't think I will shop with you again after this experience!
