Placed two separate orders for Xmas presents in the UK and prezzybox managed to stuff it up and send both orders to the same person! Also keep calling me by the name of one of the recipients of the order rather than my correct name.
Had to call up and get a refund and now my godchildren don’t have Xmas presents from me.
Not impressed.
