"Placed order 21st December. Stated " Guaranteed delivery before Christmas. " Paid at checkout, only then did it state " Estimated delivery between 27th - 29th December which was not acceptable.
Spoke to a very nice lady at Customer Service who was very, very helpful and most apologetic and I was offered a full refund which I accepted.
Could have saved a lot of time on both sides if the web page had been updated more frequently!!
