Awful, I ordered and paid for next day for my sons stocking presents only to be told after paying etc that they would not come till the Thursday after. Annoyed that I wasn't made aware of the inability to deliver next day before buying it, I tried to cancel the order. I filled in all forms online as although the website said it would be open till 2pm, my calls Before midday were informed by recorded message that the office was closed. I filled the form to cancel the order, and to contact someone and anything else I could think of, all of which refuse to send the message! At repeated different times! So now I have a parcel that I have paid overnight delivery for arriving at a house I am no longer at, because we were going away for Christmas, containing the presents for our sons, that we couldn't afford to replace, and a disappointment for them at Christmas THAT IS NOT GOING TO BE FORGOTTEN IN THEIR LIVES. And then to have the cheek of a email, write your review, for items we still haven't received. If there was a way to give negative stars we would be.
