Service was terrible.
Paid extra for Saturday delivery, which did not arrived. £2 was refunded and advised it would arrive the Monday, which it didn’t. Spent my own time trying to chase up with Hermes, as prezzybox.com didn’t reply and still haven’t replied, to numerous emails.
Would not use this company again due tho this. The items itself were fine, when they finally arrived ( after Christmas)
