I ordered the item and received it fairly quickly however the product did not rotate just vibrated l spoke to the company and a replacement was sent very quickly however l feel it must be a bad device because the replacement only vibrated and does not rotate. I have not returned it but l don't think l will be using it sorry l was disappointed it does not do what it was intended to
