This is without doubt my worst online buying experience ever. I shall not use Prezzybox again. I ordered a personalised washbag which was due to arrive before Christmas and given delivery date between 19th-21st December. When I had not received a dispatch notification on the 20th I got in contact to find out what was happening. I was told that there was a problem with the supplier and the order would no longer be fulfilled (notices were due to go out later that day I was told). I was offered an alternative (which I didn't like but felt I had no choice due to time) and assured it would arrive next day. When the notice arrived later that day it said it would not arrive until after christmas, I got in touch again and was again assured it would arrive next day. I arranged to work from home the following day to wait for a delivery. When it appeared as though it wasn't arriving, I got in touch again. I was ignored, repeatedly. The item did not arrive. I got in touch again and eventually heard back after christmas, I was told they would chase up with their supplier. I never heard back. When I got back home after Christmas with family (but without gift) I discovered a 'parcel with neighbours' notice, it had not been filled in as to whom it was for or where it had been left. I spoke to my neighbour who had luckily picked up the parcel that had been left on my doorstep, on a busy street. Essentially they managed to mess up every aspect of this purchase; order, mistake rectification, communication, delivery. I do not recommend this company.
