Ordered a gift for a 21st present which would arrive in time.
Several days later received an email stating it would not be there in time but offered me something else totally unconnected.
I then had to ask for a refund which wasn't offered.
However it was given and very quickly. Allowing me to order a gift from elsewhere but had to pay extra to get delivery in time.
