According to the website the item I ordered was due for delivery by 24/12/18, I called on 28/12 as it still hadn't arrived. Was fobbed off & told that someone would call me back on 02/01/19 & delivery would be refunded. No phone call received but did get an auto email saying my item had been dispatched. 1 week later still no item or any sign of refund. Sent prezzybox a tweet complaining, staff got back to me quickly advising they'd get the order processed again that day for delivery ASAP, process refund again & gave me voucher for £5 off my next order. Refund arrived a few days later & item 1 week later.
