This is to show how dissatisfied I'm with your website and customer services. I have paid for 3-personalised iteams to be delivered in UK as a surprise gift. They came to me that they cannot deliver due to incomplete address. However, I have provided mobile# of my friend who should receive the gift, and I cant call my friend to ask for exact address as I will ruin the whole idea of the gift.
I have paid full amount and I keep getting responses that we cannot help you due to delivery personnel limited time to call customers and ask for an address which is a ridiculous excuse to be honest.
I would expect - and still - a resolution for my case and to show better customer service by just making a call and asking for the exact address.
