Ordering a gift and it said dispatched within 24 hours but this was a LIE and it didn’t get dispatched for over 2 days then delivery was 3-5 days! Still hasn’t arrived and has missed the celebration the gift was for.
Customer service is terrible - just receiving generic emails that are NO HELP! Terrible terrible service should have gone to Moonpig who guarantee fast delivery!!
