I previously left a bad review about a late (almost a week after ordering on 1-day delivery) and damaged item that I received awful customer service for. Since writing that review they have reached out offering a refund.
Since receiving a very good response from the customer service team, explaining that I was asking for support from the wrong team. Although I suppose, that team should have been able to notice this and pass on the message to the right team anyway. They offered a full refund for the damaged item as well as the delivery.
Despite the fact that the item was still damaged and late, there's nothing they can do to fix that, I now have a much better opinion of the company and would not be put off ordering from them again.
All I could say is the process of contacting customer support could be improved.
