Very nice product, however they did not make clear which font was which from the picture therefore I ordered a personalised bracelet which had a 'B' engraved on it, but did not look at all like a B. I fully understand why you cannot return it and the website made that very clear. I just think for future buyers it should be explicitly clear which font matches which photo. This has meant that unfortunately I am pretty unlikely to use Prezzy box again.
