I placed an order for next day delivery, and it did not arrive. I then spoke to a team member at Prezzybox three days later who informed me that my items had not even been dispatched!
However, they promised me a refund of my delivery, and I am awaiting this to be returned. I also asked for one of my items to be cancelled, as it was a personalised birthday card, which I had to replace as it never arrived! I have not had a reply about this, and it has not arrived so I am unsure of what is happening with that.
One of my items arrived the next day, and is very good quality.
They need to do better on the delivery front.
