Hi The item is absolutely lovely but when I opened the packaging the 2 hearts (with the message on and the wicker) were loose and the pieces of ribbon and string we’re just loose too. Wasn’t sure what to do with them because I thought it would come all ready to present? I’m not an artistic person so not sure if it looks presentable to give to my aunt for her 90th birthday now I’ve tied the heart with the message onto the wicker heart. I think it would be better that somebody at prezzybox that knows what they’re doing ties the hearts together. The hearts themselves are lovely, thankyou.
