Very poor because I received no notification a) that the order was out of stock for 2 months but only confirmation that the item had been sent for delivery last Saturday and b) on telephoning yesterday to say where is the item to be told it was out of stock, no subsequent confirmation of refund of £12.98 cost of the item.
I am somewhat surprised that this has been sent to me as the questions below are of course irrelevant
