On Thursday afternoon at 1400 I ordered a next day delivery before 1200 and paid the hefty postage surcharge to ensure delivery
The order did not arrive on Friday and on ringing them mid afternoon I was told there was a problem and the item would be delivered on Saturday
Again no delivery and no call to say so
I contacted them om Monday and they said the item would be delivered which it was at nearly mid day
They offered to refund the postage which I suppose was something
However the item was for a present for a new born baby which unfortunately was not able to be given
The problem may well be entirely with the courier however that does not help.
That is the reason I have given the rating
