I ordered a small gift to suprise my Mum for Mothers Day. She doesn't live near me so i use you to send gifts.
When i got to the section that say's fill in here if delivery address is different to purchasing address i put my mum's address in so she could recieve the gift in time for Mothers Day and you have sent it to me, it's just arrived, Saturday morning, which means i now have no chance of getting it to my mum on time.
This is just a real lack of attention to detail and obviously i am not too happy.
