Ordered my mum a mother's day gift and selected next day delivery, it said if I ordered before 3pm I would have it on Friday. My email confirmation I got then said I wouldn't receive it until Monday. I emailed customer services and didn't get a reply for 2 days, not a great service to a new customer at all
