I am deeply dissatisfied with the service I have received regarding my order. This is the first time I have used Prezzybox, I liked the look of your website and the gifts that you had available. I ordered in good time for Mother's Day and after seeing an email saying my order had been dispatched, I thought it had been delivered. I have since found out my mother was left without any mother's day gift and have had to chase you for any reply. I have now been told that gift is out of stock and I am being left with nothing at all. Please immediately refund my money including delivery! I am very disappointed to be offered a 5 pounds gift voucher for your website. I do not think this compensates for my mother being left without as gift and no one even letting me know. I had to ask her, as you can imagine this is upsetting and embarrassing for me. regularly order online and have never just been left without anything delivered and no notification. I will be completing online reviews of your service detailing and explaining exactly what happened and the service that you feel you are able to offer. I don't think a 5 pounds gift voucher would get me any sort of replacement for the 22 pounds gift that never arrived and I will now have to spend at least that or more on another website to make up for the fact that nearly 2 weeks after mother's day my mother has no gift. Based on the service I have received to date, I will not be using your website again or recommending it to any of my friends or family. I also didn't receive particularly helpful or pleasant customer service on the phone when I rang on 11am Tuesday 9th April. Very disappointed indeed!! 
