Item still hasn’t arrived and it was for my sisters 70th birthday so I have been completely let down.
I complained and received a reply today saying the item was sent but not tracked and tonwait 19 days before contacting them again which, quite frankly, is disgraceful customer service. They clearly haven’t grasped that I ordered this item personalised for a birthday present and that day will come and go long before they want me to escalate it to them.
