The online purchasing process never asked for the delivery address but instead took me straight through to the payment page. This resulted in the item automatically being sent out to my address when in fact it is a gift for someone else and I wanted it to be sent to a different address. I completed an online message form straight away informing prezzybox of this error and the address I wanted the item sending to. This wasn’t actioned and prezzybox have sent the item to the wrong address. My gift now won’t arrive at the intended recipients address in time for their birthday. I won’t be using prezzybox again.
