I ordered a personalised oak box for couples. It arrived on next-day delivery, as promised, and in good condition. It was of high build quality - the wood was sturdy, and the box was aesthetically pleasing. A few very minor comments on an otherwise very satisfactory purchase - There was 1 inner edge on 1 of the 4 photo frame sides that looked like it hadn't been fully smoothed out with sand paper. It still had a tiny splinter that was sticking out, that I had to snap off - The inside of the box also looked like it hadn't been fully smoothed out - there were still some wood shavings semi-attached to various inner edges - Would prefer if the lid is attached to the main box by a hinge - as it is right now, it's easy to drop the lid while carrying the box
