It's Saturday 1st June; I order and pay for next day delivery. It says that you will DELIVER on the next working day; that's MONDAY!
I just received notification your estimated delivery date is TUESDAY!!
Tuesday is no good, my daughter's birthday is Monday, which is why I used this service in the first place. I could have sent a card and present using Royal Mail, but chose you because you said you could deliver on the NEXT WORKING DAY!!
No explanation will be good enough to explain this.
