All I wanted to do was make a few edits to a Birthday Card Template and send for my brother's 60th Birthday. It took me several attempts to create the card, because the website kept freezing and losing the edits. Then when I was finally ordered, it took over 4 days for it to be delivered, arriving late. Not impressed.
