I used the discount code straight away from VOXI that allowed me to get a free bottle. The code did not work and it took the full payment for the bottle. I haven’t been able to cancel the order since then and have now payed £18.98 for nothing. I sincerely hope I can get a full refund including postage. Many thanks, Chris
