Items arrived quickly via Hermes in good condition. Second part of the items came via a third party vendor, the personalised chocolate got lost in the mail after 6 days of waiting for it. Wrote into Prezzybox on the 7th day, and it was sorted quickly by their Customer Service team. The personalised chocolate arrived to the recipient the next day! Well done.
