Firstly, no shipping notification so called and learned item was lost in transit. Prezzy.box requested item be resent and labeled expedited and would arrive the next day which it did not and has not arrived yet so now two days late. Payment has been refunded at our request. In addition, prezzy.box offered no opportunity to write a gift message with the order. Though the company may be well- meaning, it falls far short of normal customer expectations and would not use again.
