I received my order in 2 parts but on time 👍🏼. Sadly my personalised whisky tumbler has the wrong inscription. I have spoken to someone today who was really helpful. So I am confident it will get sorted. Customer service has been really helpful. . So fingers crossed it will get resolved. Thanks Helen
