Originally there was an issue with the courier which shouldn’t be a reflection of prezzybox as when I contacted them (on a Saturday too!), I received a replacement the following week. Customer service was great and extremely helpful, polite and understanding of the issue!
It’s a secret Santa gift so haven’t tried it out but it looks amazing.
