I mean.. originally had some issues with the courier which shouldn’t be a reflection of prezzybox, when I contacted I received great customer service and a replacement ordered and received the order the following week! Customer service amazing every time I contacted and polite staff. Would defo order again (but may need the option not to use the courier service you do)
