The order was easy to place and arrived quickly. Unlike a well known online retailer, the packaging was a reasonable size for the items despatched. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was a very long piece of hair was contained on a 'snuggle' item I had ordered, which was quite off-putting. Other than that very happy with the process.
