Was given an estimated delivery date..now being told after ordering and payment that there is a delay..due to back orders..this needs to be made clear before purchase..been in site this morning..no warning of backlog of orders and external supplier issues..I hope my item arrives as described and before christmas(as promised by customer service)..this will influence my next review of this company..better comms before purchase please!
