I am truly sorry that I am only able to rate Prezzybox as 'Acceptable', entirely because of the carrier that Prezzybox used to deliver my order, i.e. Hermes. Hermes is in my experience a poor and unreliable carrier, and again they didn't disappoint. Hermes failed to deliver my order, and it was only because of good customer service at Prezzybox that a replacement item was sent out, this time successfully delivered by a reliable carrier, dpd. I'm afraid that I will only use Prezzybox again if I am assured that Hermes will not be used!
