Can’t fault customer service. Parcel did not arrive as specified. Apparently “lost in transit” with Hermes. Customer service telephoned me with this update after receiving my email to say it hadn’t been delivered. Hermes are a shocking company and I can’t understand why companies actually use them. They wait outside people’s houses then put a card through the door without even knocking on the door. Possibly because they get commission on deliveries, so the more deliveries the more commission, or parcels “get lost in transit”. However, prezzybox have sent me a further item, no hassle and are sending it via a different company. I ordered my item on Monday and it was out for delivery on Tuesday. Very efficient, shame about the delivery company choice. Would have been five stars but for the delivery company
