Placed an order yesterday on a next day delivery for today. Looking at the tracking today, it’s clear it’s not going to arrive as there isn’t any tracking. I rang this morning and was told to call back at 4pm and if tracking wasn’t updated they’d arrange for a replacement order to be dispatched for tomorrow. Called at 4pm to be told to track the parcel again tomorrow morning as he was “90% sure it would arrive tomorrow”?! Refused to send a replacement parcel on this basis, then changed his mind and said I’d missed the cut off for delivery tomorrow anyway. Poor service and I definitely won’t be using again.
