Very disappointed! My goods did not (and still not?!) have arrived in time for my Secret Santa gift exchange last Friday even though I paid extra for the faster delivery. I had to revert to the good old High street shops to find an emergency substitute. I don't think I will be using again especially if the item needs to arrive by a certain date. Sorry to be negative but I have to be honest.
