The shopping experience online was fun and there are a lot of interesting products.
Unfortunately when it comes to the delivery, I am incredibly disappointed as I paid an additional fee to ensure that I received the products I brought before Christmas but sadly they have not arrived. I will now not be able to give some members of my family gifts on Christmas Day.
I appreciate that the courier service, Hermes is to blame but I’m still very upset by this situation.
