I placed an order on Friday 20th December before 2pm and paid extra for delivery next day. I did not receive my parcel, I called today Monday 23rd December and was told that my parcel was out for delivery and would be there before 12. No parcel came, was given a DPD tracking number which doesn’t exist and DPD have no record or a parcel being sent from Prezzybox to my adress. Prezzybox has no idea where the parcel is and have reordered my items for tomorrow’s delivery, now I’ve received an email to say one of my items is now out of stock. This is absolutely disgusting service. How can you loose someone’s order that was supposed to be a Christmas present and then you can’t fulfil the order any way because you have no stock. I took a chance on ordering something from a company that looked appealing but now I wish I hadn’t. I won’t be ordering again, I feel really let down by this
