Having placed an order that was needed for Christmas Eve the items were placed outside my front door when it had been raining for days. The box was unprotected cardboard and 2 of the 3 items inside were cardboard meaning that they were damp by the time I got home. I emailed Prezzybox immediately and it took them over a day to get back to me and by this time it was indeed too late for them to do anything about the situation. If they had contacted me straightaway something better could've been done to resolve the situation. They agreed to refund postage which to be honest, was not good enough as it still meant that I had 2 presents that were damaged. By their response Prezzybox obviously deemed this action to be satisfactory which I don't think it was.
