I would say shopping was a smooth sail but getting my Malaysian address on to the online order form was a little cumbersome. Im sure you cater for the local more than overseas purchases. However, with the internet this days, our world is getting smaller, and hence we make more and more friends around the world easily. Otherwise everything else was just perfect. One suggestion though. It would be nice if you could include a FREE picture and/or video of the recipient receiving his/her gift and sent to sender. Ofcourse with the request of sender and permission of recipient.
