Despite asking for a personal message to bet put in gift before delivery you chose to ignore it so it was sent to my sister but she had no idea who it was from!!
Also no email was received as per your website to say it had been dispatched so was let to believe it was still to be sent however when I contacted my sister she told me the parcel had arrived the previous day.
All in all pretty shabby
