This was a 90th birthday gift for my aunt. The gift arrived without any card or indication of who sent it. This caused my aunt distress as she did not know who sent it or who to thank for it. As you can imagine this was not the outcome I expected when ordering the gift.
On complaining the response was not helpful and it appeared the only thing they wanted to do was ‘ close’ the complaint.
